If you're here, you're probably worried about your child or yourself, perhaps due to past or current trauma, uncomfortable feelings, big behaviors, or difficulties related to life changes.

I genuinely enjoy working with children (ages 2+) and teens, many of whom experience difficulties due to suicidal thoughts, self-harm, sexual trauma, and PTSD. I use a variety of modalities, including play therapy, sand tray, art therapy, EMDR, and somatic interventions to help my clients process difficult feelings.

I also work with first responders, who often have a history of work-related trauma and suffer from anxiety, panic disorder, and PTSD. Together, we incorporate effective tools to help them deal with strong emotions and unhelpful thoughts and to restore balance in their lives. I'm trained in EMDR, which is one of the most researched clinical approaches to deal with PTSD and other disorders. I'm also trained in parts work and DBT.

One of my strengths as a clinician is that I am honest and very direct. I always come from a respectful and caring place, and I strive to ensure that my clients feel seen and heard. I strongly believe that by offering a supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and thoughts, I can help empower them to build self-esteem, enhance relationships, and overcome obstacles that may be hindering their personal and academic/professional growth.
