A wedding marks the beginning of a beautiful journey with that special person who makes your heart melt.
Wedding Day Somatic Support session will help you to start your special day from a place of peace, curiosity and happy excitement! (Hint: this can also be a fantastic thoughtful wedding present!)
I want you to enjoy your wedding to the fullest, calm the anxiety, connect with your true self, be able to handle anything that doesn't go according to the plan and still take in all the happy moments. Body support for wedding day will help with all of that!
In our session we will focus on resourcing and self-regulation. We will notice where you need support the most and take time to take care of you, so that you can go on with your day feeling present, light and open.
We will meet once before the actual session, where we discuss any questions you have and devise a plan. Then, on the day of the session, I will travel to your location, so you can relax and enjoy the experience.
I recommend to have the first meeting at least a week before the wedding, and do the body work session first thing in the morning of the wedding day or the night before.
